Another Try.

At it again. I've been wanting to start blogging again for awhile now. When I was blogging before it wasn't anything consistent or major, but why not take advantage of a space so easily accessible to unload my thoughts and keep track of all the virtual items, images, etc I come across on the WWW.

NOVEMBER: A bittersweet month

Growing up at dance there was a song that would play over and over again from Nov.1st-30th no matter what class it was. Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Modern, Musical Theater, Voice, Rehearsals.... We would always hear this song at the beginning of every class and I don't ever remember once getting sick of hearing this song. No choice but to just be... when you hear this song. Makes me ponder and realign my priorities real quick.

GRATITUDE month. THANKFUL month. I have pages and pages of things I am Grateful for in notebooks from my past.. I used to write these down daily in the month of November as a little tradition for myself. Ironic to me that this is the month that my Dad's anniversary of passing away is in. 11.13.92. I think when I used to do that it was a way for me to keep my mind on track and not get so down about certain circumstances or things. It doesn't have to be a sad and emotional exhausting day or month for myself and the family. We get to choose to think more about memories and celebrate my Dad by being happy and grateful, especially in November. These songs are my favorite to have on repeat in November or other times I may need a little boost, because music is the only thing that can sometimes clear this head and heart of mine :)

COUNT Down....

Approximately 16.5 hours left of Cosmetology School @ Paul Mitchell The School St. George!
I don't have mixed feelings at all!
I'm very excited.
Anxious and READY.
This past year has been one of my most challenging, but one that I'm most grateful for...
Here's some of my favorite memories while in school:

This equals brilliance, because I convince myself too often that I don't care.

Thankful. #13.

I am thankful for...
Healthy, Delicious, Fulfilling, Yummy, Guilt Free FOOD!
                         Served at places like:

Story: I'm currently visiting my friend Leigh in Irvine, CA. She's been telling me for weeks that we have to go to this amazing restaurant. Of course I agree, but really don't realize how amazing it truly is UNTIL we go there two days IN A ROW. I can't even begin to describe how much I love this place. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that St. George has nothing like this available. Which at the same time I'm slightly okay with, because then I most likely wouldn't appreciate the genius of this "Kitchen." Whatever it is I was impressed and can't wait to go back. Lucky for me there's two in Phoenix and one in Irvine area. Both places I plan on continuing to visit frequently.

I would recommended this restaurant in a heart beat to anyone.
GO and try!!
And thanks Leigh for introducing me to this wonderful place!

Take a look:

AND BEST OF ALL...
